So sad...

Usually, I pick apart robot stories for their conceptual flaws; but this one - while the premise is rather chilling, it works as a piece of short fiction. Sad... but conceivable with the right technology. It's the sort of story that makes you want to raise a fist and shout - "The Robots deserve rights!" but these replicant humans are imminently disposable; they really are temporary playthings. I would be tempted to give it 5 stars, but I think a story about sex-bot/bio-replicants should have more explicit content. Better sex scenes would have cheered me up from the depressing tone of the story. Nonetheless, the ending is a dramatic twist, and I'm interested in the sequel.
Similar stories with intriguing artificial people drama would include Female Companion Model: Unknown, by Skarlett Skyes, or Fembot Erotica: The Pygmalion Archives, by Xavier Cecil. Another possibility is the I. Sexbot series by Kylie Ashcroft.

Interesting read

Weird but entertaining story. I couldn't put it down and the ending really shocked me. Nice light read. I would rate it higher because I enjoyed it for what it was, but in the grand scheme of great books, I'll say 3/5.

I can tell from this story that the author has a vivid imagination and a very creative mind. The writing was good. The story was odd. The ending was insane.
