LOVE. It is something that we can't live without. Admit it! - When you hear stories about love, you are inspired or motivated to commit yourself to such things. Unfortunately, most of us are missing the point of keeping some love for ourselves. This may sound cliché for many, but learning how to love yourself is important. I've read the first three chapters of the book so far, but it's like I've already read the whole thing. The first chapter is a personal favorite. Entitled "Get Everything You Want through the Law of Love", the chapter deals with the kind of love that we don't feel when we see our special someone. The Law of Love is equivalent to "Universal Love". It is the kind of love being the causal truth of all things. In other words, Universal Love is about balancing your time and attention between yourself and others.
Universal Love is also considered Unconditional Love. When you love yourself unconditionally, you are given the freedom to express your individuality and your goals in life. If you know how to love yourself unconditionally, you'll be able to focus on yourself without too much pressure stemmed by distractions from people. But Miss Walters said that unconditional love has its share of perks and pitfalls, so the trick here is to balance your attention to others and yourself.

Although a newbie in the self-help and inspirational genre, Shana Jahsinta Walters was able to dish out every bit of advice like a pro! On the other hand, several topics need further emphasis - and that's one thing I hate about the book. In general, Fall in Love with Yourself in 60 Minutes or Less isn't one of those run-of-the-mill books about love and relationships with others. To put it this way, it's a book about valuing relationships with others while embracing your individuality. That is the kind of love we need.
The book was able to achieve its goal of changing the way people define love. Love comes with so many definitions or interpretations, but Miss Walters' debut appears to be one substantial breakthrough. Loving yourself in less than an hour is not an easy thing to do. Actually, the idea sounds weird. Nonetheless, Shana Walters deserves credit for that bluff.
I personally recommend this book for all women, even the ones who are shy and a little timid at heart. Because they're the ones who need this kind of love and they rightly deserve it - the kind of love that is UNIVERSAL.

The power of positive thinking

The book is well written and has a lot of good ideas and points. She is mainly pushing the idea of positivity in all aspects of your life. While she explains that a lot of this I'd a journey she's mainly pointing to getting in touch with your feminine side and accepting yourself. There is no pushing of religion like I thought there would be, but rather looking at yourself as a goddess and realizing what you truly need most of all. The book invites you on a journey of self discovery, complication, and finding your life and not just accepting it but rather controlling and driving it yourself.

Fall In Love With Yourself In 60 Minutes Or Less is, as the name implies, about LOVE - not the romantic kind, nor the love with all the drama we see on TV. It's all about universal love, which some people believe is the essence of all beings. It refers to the kind of love that unites each one of us. It tries to convey that this love is present in the universe - everywhere. We are part of the universe; therefore, it binds us all together.
The Basic Themes Of The Book
One of the major recurring themes in the book is about making things possible. Other themes include determining what you really want, letting go and letting the Universe be in control, acting on your goals, and the most important: believing that the Law of Attraction works. The knowledge about oneself will bring me to having a deep appreciation of my strengths and improving on my weaknesses.
Writing Style
Writing style is simple and direct to the point. It seems that the author is right there talking to you. Basically, the book talks about self-love and being in union with the universe. The chapters that I've read so far, clearly discuss how I can achieve my dreams and aspirations through self-appreciation and being in harmony with the world.

This book is perfect for women especially those who need a big boost to their self-esteem. This is for women who are bound by their limitations due to their seemingly difficult situations due to race, level of education, or gender. This book provides great encouragement to those who are starting to lose hope.
How It Made Me Feel about Myself
I felt deeply motivated while reading the book. It encourages me to visualize clearly what I really want for myself. Most of the time, I just think in general terms: "I want to be rich", "I want a nice house", "I want...", etc. I am convinced of the power of visualization now: clearly seeing what I really want in my mind unfolding before me. Believing without surrender; trusting that dreams can come true; and doing something about it.
I understand now that as a "Love Goddess", I must embody it in everything about me especially in my relationships. I project it externally which will bring to me the fulfillment of my aspirations.
A summary of what happened and what it meant
The book is about how we can become magnets to matters that are of the same quality as we are or even the opposite. Our very same qualities attract people, objects, surroundings, etc. This love that the book refers to allows us to deeply appreciate ourselves which leads us to accomplishing tremendous things we never thought possible. It gives us the confidence to fulfill our dreams that typically take time to materialize.
The book has made me realize that it is important to have good and positive internal vibrations. Focusing on what we truly want will eventually draw us to what we aspire for. It is important to get rid of negativity for this can vibrate to the universe.

The book has achieved the goal of realizing how self-love can move me to achieving a lot of things. However, it could do more if there are scientific facts inserted to support its claim. Or perhaps, the author can state personal instances in her life how this has worked for her.
