Finally, the diet book I've been searching for. No cooking (except for microwave)----I hate to cook and I'm a bad cook. More important, a simple, non-exotic menu where you don't have to travel to a foreign country for ingredients. No 20 ingredients for a recipe. Also, there's just a few pages of info and instruction. The vast majority of the book is a simple meal plan for each of the 90 days. And if you don't like something, the authors offer substitutes.

Before you spend your money:
1. This is a diet for smaller, older, inactive people. There's also a 1500-calorie no cooking book for others.

2. Dinner always is a frozen and microwavable food. These contain a high level of sodium so it is vital that you check with your doctor.

I've gained 5lbs since I began looking for a suitable diet book. I'll update this in 90 days with my results.

A wonderful diet, easy to use and it works!

I’ve been on this diet with my sister for 43 days. So far I’ve lost 18 pounds and my sister 16 pounds. Both of us are very busy and don’t cook much. So this is perfect for us and I like the diet so much I just bought a copy for myself.

I’m no nutritionist, but in my opinion the diet provides enough fruits and veggies. Most breakfasts are fruit juice, cereal with a banana and raisins; one of the daily snacks is usually fruit; and then there is this huge salad at dinner plus whatever veggies are in the frozen entrée.

All in all this is a wonderful diet, easy to use and it works! My sister has reached her weight goal. I still have a ways to go. I’ll try to provide an update when I reach my weight goal or in 90 days.
